Day 1: Marrakech → Aït Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Dades

The journey begins early in the morning at approximately 7:30 AM with departure from Marrakech toward Ouarzazate. You will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping along the way to enjoy panoramic views and take memorable photos.

Upon arrival at Aït Ben Haddou, enjoy free time or an optional guided visit to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site (guide not included). Continue to Ouarzazate, where you will have time for lunch (not included) and the opportunity to visit the Cinema Museum or film studios (optional).

The journey then continues through the Valley of Roses in Kelaât M’Gouna before reaching Dades. Upon arrival, enjoy some relaxation time at your  hotel, followed by dinner at the hotel restaurant. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Dades.

Question 2

Day 2: Dades → Todra Gorge → Merzouga

After breakfast at the hotel, depart Dades toward the Sahara Desert. Begin with a guided visit to the Tinghir Oasis, followed by a stop at the spectacular Todra Gorges. Enjoy a guided walking tour through the canyon, famous for its towering rock walls.

After lunch (not included), continue through Tinjdad and Rissani before arriving in Merzouga. Here, you will switch from your vehicle to camels for a one-hour trek into the golden dunes of the Merzouga Desert. Enjoy a magical sunset over the dunes before arriving at your desert camp.

In the evening, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner accompanied by Berber drums, music, and dancing around the campfire. Overnight stay in basic Berber tents at Auberge La Source, under the star-filled desert sky.

Question 3

Day 3: Merzouga → Marrakech

Accepted Answer

Wake up early to watch the sunrise from the top of the dunes. Afterward, return by camel to the hostel, where you will enjoy a traditional Berber breakfast and some time to relax.
Later in the morning, begin the return journey to Marrakech, passing through desert landscapes and mountain scenery. Arrival in Marrakech is expected in the late afternoon or early evening.
